NEW TEAM ADDED TO B's ORGANIZATION 
Junior B Team to Compete in CHA

MARLBORO, MA-The Junior Bruins are proud to announce a new team will start play next season for the B's. This will be a post graduate team that will play in the CHA starting with the 2010-11 campaign. The team will skate in the Continental Hockey Association and play a schedule consisting of approximately 50 games and 3 practices per week.

Bruins Play Great, Win Two Over Weekend

MARLBOROUGH, MA-The EJHL Junior Bruins a great weekend with two wins over divisional opponents. Friday night the B’s defeated the league leading New Hampshire Jr. Monarchs and on Saturday afternoon they beat the Valley Jr. Warriors in route to their fifth straight win and now 12 out of 14.

Friday night was a battle for the B’s as they needed to come from behind to beat the Monarchs 3-2 at the New England Sports Center.

SPRINGFIELD, MA-All was not pretty in Springfield for the first twenty minutes on Saturday night as the B's look to keep pace with Applecore atop the league standings.

The B's were down 2-0 after the first and were completely outplayed as the host Springfield Pics came out hungry.

ROOT AND DOWNEY LEAD B's IN VICTORY
Junior B's Beat Valley 5-1 in Mid-Week Tilt

HAVERHILL, MA-The Junior Bruins (EJHL) skated to a impressive 5-1 win Wednesday night in Haverhill against the Valley Jr. Warriors. The Bruins out shot the Warriors 53-26 and were lead by a hat trick from Colin Downey and two goals from Jesse Root.

Downey’s hat trick now gives him five goals and two assists over his last three games. Meanwhile Root’s two goals and one assist Wednesday gives him three goals and four assists over his last three games. Dan Federico and Justin Breton notched two assists each to help the B’s to the win. TJ Massie was solid in net making 25 saves in his 17th win of the season.

The win was the Bruins seventh out of their last eight and gives them some confidence heading into a huge game against the New Hampshire Jr. Monarchs on Friday night at NESC.

HUSKIES DOWNED; LAST MINUTE HEROICS VERSE MONARCHS
Bruins Stay Atop Eastern Conference

HOOKSETT, NH-On Friday night the eastern conference leading Junior Bruins traveled to Fitchburg for a game with the Huskies and the continued their weekend with a road date with the Monarchs on Saturday.

On Saturday night the B's got a goal with 38 seconds to go to tie the Monarchs from Frankie Vatrano and run the B's all time record against the Monarchs to 19-1-1.

ALL STAR MONDAY FOR BRUINS
B's Send a League High 19 Players to Event

MARLBORO, MA-On Monday, January 18 the EJHL and Empire league's will hold their All Star games and festivities at the Tri Town Arena in Hooksett, NH. The three games on tap start with the Future's game at 10:20 AM, followed by the Empire All Star game at 11:20 AM and then the EJHL All Star game at 2:00 PM.

The Bruins will send a league high 19 players to participate in the games and that number swells to 21 if your include B's coaches who earned all star game honors.
